HI, I'M ASHERA
My offerings are birthed from a deep commitment to assisting you in living a life connected to your heart. I bring years of experience in transformative coaching, energy & shamanic healing, workshops, training and retreats to my service with others. My approach to group and individual sessions are both nurturing and transformational, to empower you with the structure and tools to break through limitations, embrace and live your authentic self, and create a life filled with heart, passion and purpose.
For the past 20 years, I have integrated shamanic energy medicine, intuitive coaching, alchemy, sound healing, and holistic approaches into my work with clients. Over the last 16 years, I have led two dozen retreats and annual pilgrimages to Peru. My path has been enriched by training with renowned teachers, shamans, healers and modalities including;
The Four Winds Society, Theta Healing, Natural Success Coaching, and True North Alignment Coaching. I also lived in the Andes mountains of Peru, where I was initiated into and apprenticed with Andean shamans and medicine women, which deeply influences my practice.

In each session, we will delve into a creative development theme and principle of alchemy that is designed to help you achieve tangible results and align with what truly inspires you and live your true nature.
During our sessions, you'll discover how to tap into your intuition and open to your deepest heart's desires. We will step into a sacred space, journey and honing your intuition. You'll gain insight into your current state and chart a course toward your desired destination that is aligned with your true heart.
By amplifying your awareness, you'll uncover where your focus has been directed, as this is where your power and energy flow. By shifting your focus towards your inspiration, you will embrace your authentic self and live aligned with magic.
ALIGN TO YOUR MOST AUTHENTIC SELF
You will discover how to connect with and live YOUR authentic essence, your true nature and purpose. Understanding the difference between your identity and your true nature, you will be able to create a foundation in your life to live from your authentic self and purpose.
NAVIGATING INTERNAL + EXTERNAL CONFLICT
Learn the Conflict Deconstruction Process. Hands down the best tool for self-awareness.
We will learn how to step out of conflict, both internally and externally. Align yourself with what you love and not get caught up in the vortex of any dysfunctional patterns.
HOW TO ACCESS YOUR FLOW STATE
Accessing your flow state is not something that you tap in and out of.
We will learn how to align with our super-conscious and what we love, to live in our creative flow state in everything we do. Like the banks of a river, we can create a structure where flow can come directly into our lives.
CREATING WITH ALCHEMY
We will dive into the 3 Aspects of Alchemy, which is practical magic based on nature's principles that the ancients used. Negrado, Albedo and Rubedo. This is identifying your shadow and egoic agendas, what you actually love and the power to step into inspired action.
THE KEY TO OPENING YOUR DREAMS
It all starts from your heart seed within. You will be filling out a bigger picture of what you love and receiving the genius + inspirational magic that opens the door to your dreams.
Opening your heart to what you love and receiving your deep inner guidance in favor of your heart, will magnetize what you love instead of staying in stagnancy.
OVERCOME PROBLEMS CREATIVELY
Often we think we have problems to fix and attend to, before we can receive what we love. Learn to work with even the biggest challenges with grace, by being in the creative structure.
