HI, I'M ASHERA
I have learned some amazing secrets of transformation and alchemy that changed my life and the way I approach coaching and healing. I have had some tremendous life challenges, but my life has become truly magical. I want to share these secrets and approaches with you so you can also live an inspired life guided by your intuitive genius. I use the Natural Success Creative Development structure, which is a powerful orientation for living from your own genius and magic and creating a life you love..
For the past 20 years, I have been weaving shamanic energy medicine, intuitive coaching, alchemy, sound healing, and holistic approaches to transformation. I have been serving clients on their life journeys and awakening to their highest potentials. I have led international retreats and annual pilgrimages to Peru for the last 16 years, and have been blessed to train and study with a variety of renowned teachers, shamans, and healers, including The Four Winds Society, Theta Healing & Natural Success Coaching and True North Alignment Coaching. I also lived in the Andes mountains of Peru and was initiated into and apprenticed directly with Andean shamans, medicine women, and earth wisdom.

Each session, we will dive into a high-level, creative development topic to support you in your life.
We will reflect and discuss this theme and your challenges and what you would love, so you can practically implement it into your life. You will learn how to give specific intuitive readings either individually, or in groups. Through this, you will sharpen your intuitive skills by learning to read others. Your awareness will open, and you will see where your focus is ~ which is where your power + energy are getting pulled into. Only when you re-orient your focus, then can you re-align to your heart's desire for guidance on your next steps in life.
LIVING YOUR TRUE NATURE PURPOSE
You will discover what it means to live YOUR true nature and purpose. Understanding the difference between your identity and your true nature, you will be able to then create a foundation in your life to live your authentic self and purpose.
NAVIGATING INTERNAL + EXTERNAL CONFLICT
Learn the Conflict Deconstruction Process. Hands down the best tool for self awareness. We will learn how to step out of conflict, both internally and externally. Align yourself with what you love and not get caught up in the vortex of any dysfunctional patterns.
HOW TO ACCESS YOUR FLOW STATE
Accessing your flow state is not something that you tap in and out of. We will learn how to align with our super-conscious and what we love, to live in our creative flow state in everything we do. Like the banks of a river, we can create a structure where flow can come into our lives.
CREATING WITH ALCHEMY
We will dive into the 3 aspects of alchemy, which is the practical magic that the ancients used. Using your lead to create gold. Using the fire of will to create movement. The difference between will and willpower ~ understand when you are forcing things vs. using willpower. Then you have the choice to bring your power back to you and create from that place.

It all starts from within. We will be filling out a bigger picture of what you love and receiving the genius + inspirational magic that opens the door to your dreams. Opening your heart of what you love and receiving guidance in favor of your heart.
