I have learned some amazing secrets of transformation that changed my life and the way I approach coaching and healing. I have had some tremendous life challenges, but my life has become truly magical. I want to share these secrets and approaches with you so you can also live an inspired life guided by your intuitive genius.
For the past 20 years, I have been weaving shamanic energy medicine, intuitive coaching, alchemy, sound healing, and holistic approaches to transformation. I have been serving clients on their life journeys and awakening to their highest potentials and intuition. I have led international retreats and annual pilgrimages to Peru for the last 15 years, and have been blessed to train and study with a variety of renowned teachers, shamans, and modalities, including The Four Winds Society, Theta Healing & Natural Success Coaching. I also lived in the Andes mountains of Peru and was initiated into and apprenticed directly with Andean shamans, medicine women, and earth wisdom.

Sarah Kruse is an Ayurvedic Practitioner who has been committed to serving women, the community and world with Ayurveda for over 24 years. She has been fortunate to study with Dr. Vasant Lad and other Ayurvedic doctors in India. Sarah’s daily practice is to keep the joyful balance between her work, daughter and personal fulfillment. Sarah believes that when we heal ourselves, the whole of humanity thrives. She is currently living with her family in Cannon Beach, Oregon and loves to replenish often with forest hikes and beach walks in the moonlight. About our Masterclass
New Year's resolutions don't always work. A lot of vision-board or journaling processes of what we want to manifest can come from our mind. And the problem with that is, we are conditioned and running subconscious programs that make us think what we want is actually what we truly desire... when it's not.
When we go deep within, to connect with our true heart seeds and receive dreams that we really love and choose them, there is a joy that allows them to come into being. This is not a new year's resolution, a to-do list or a bucket list. What is revealed will be the seeds that are inside you that create your year ahead.
We will go on a deep inner meditative journey with our higher self, paired with meditative writing practice and then, together, we will unpack what we have received to anchor in this new map for our year. There will be some community sharing as well.
You will leave this session feeling a sense of renewal, joy, charged and ready to claim, receive and create from your superconscious magic and NOT the Matrix of your egoic identity.
